Introduction:
The owner of 416 Automation located in Mississauga called us to request a quote for his concrete floor. We scheduled a free estimate and met the owner at his facility.
This was a 12,000 sq. ft. facility with abused concrete floors. The owner wanted to restore the floor without having to completly change it.
Challenge:
The challenge was the state of the concrete. 12,000 sq. ft. is not a small surface but every single sq. ft. was destroyed. There was oil and broken concrete slabs all over the surface.
Solution:
We provided a quote and included references, a technical data sheet, and all the epoxy materials that will be used in this project. The reason we provide additional data compared to other companies is that we like to build trust with our clients.
We signed an agreement and we completed this project in 7 days. The floor preparation such as oil mitigation, repairs of the broken slab had taken most of the time for this project. After the floor preparation, we installed 2 coats of 20 ml of the epoxy with 4 technicians.
This commercial epoxy project made the client was happy and saved thousands by not pouring new concrete.
